Abseil

Challenge yourself in support of our patients, and scale the iconic Mailbox building in central Birmingham! You're more than welcome to bring along your friends and family for support and to cheer you on - and if the idea of launching yourself into space from a great height still seems a bit daunting, fear not! This will be our fourth abseil so we've plenty of experience – and everyone who has taken part previously has thoroughly enjoyed the experience so you've nothing to worry about!
