PALS aim to resolve your concern quickly, however If you feel the need to complain about any aspect of your NHS experience we will give you information about the Formal Complaints procedure
PALS aim to:
contact you within 1 working day
advise you on the options available to resolve your concern
deal with your concerns in confidence and only pass on information to other departments with your permission
keep you regularly informed of the progress of any action we take on your behalf
provide you with verbal feedback to your concern as quickly as possible
your experiences are used to improve services in the future
