For the Election to the Council of Governors of the Birmingham Children’s Hospital NHS Foundation Trust

It is hereby declared that elections are to be held in the following constituencies:

2 Public Governors in the following constituencies:

• Coventry and Warwickshire (1 vacancy)
• Staffordshire and Shropshire (1 vacancy)
  

Ballot papers will be distributed to qualifying members on Friday 21st August 2009.

Completed ballot papers must be received by the Independent Scrutineer (Electoral Reform Services Ltd), at the address below no later than 12 noon on Wednesday 16th September 2009
