Mr Guirish A Solanki, Chairman of the 47th  Annual Meeting of the International Society for Pediatric Neurosurgery cordially invites you to the Tony Hockley Memorial Dinner at Hyatt Regency Birmingham Hotel Symphony Ballroom, on Monday, 21st October 2019.

My dear friends,

I would like to invite you all to join us in an evening of celebration in memory of our dear friend and colleague Tony Hockley.

Tony was a kind and humble surgeon who treated the children under his care with the utmost devotion and concern. He was a skilled and consummate craniofacial surgeon trailblazing and setting up one of the first craniofacial departments in the United Kingdom in Birmingham.

Tony trained countless fellows who became leaders in Neurosurgery in their own right leaving behind a legacy of excellence commitment and compassion.

This year the organising committee has raised much needed funds through the Tony Hockley memorial scholarships.

The scholarships have been awarded to neurosurgeons from low income and developing countries to take part in our annual meeting and benefit from an array of high standard hands-on courses that ultimately will lead to improved outcomes for the children in the developing world.

I invite you to join Tony's family and friends to celebrate an amazing life and achievements and partake of a wonderful dinner in the excellent surroundings of the Hyatt.

Should you wish to say few words about Tony please let me know in advance so we can accommodate you as best as possible.

The memorial dinner has a limited number of places available so please book early to avoid disappointment. Donations gratefully accepted.

Dress code: Business Casual.
