Join in the fun on Friday 9 March for our Big Bandage Day and help fundraise for the Birmingham Children’s Hospital charity.

All we’re asking is for people to be brave (in bandages) - We’re not expecting everyone to jump out of a plane or scale the side of a building (although you’re more than welcome to!). We’re just looking for people to take on a challenge which tests their nerve and pushes their comfort zone.

There are many ways you can be brave. For example:

    • Shave your head
    • Dare your boss to wax their legs
    • Maybe take on some extreme bandaging
    • Or face your fears and do your own brave challenge

  1. Why not take on our Be Brave Abseil challenge? On Saturday 10th March, we’re asking our supporters to take a leap off Birmingham’s iconic Fort Dunlop building in our Abseil challenge. To sign up to the challenge visit,

  2. Or, if you don’t have the time to take on a challenge, you can show your support for our brave patients by making a donation to the hospital charity and even boost your fundraising by wearing a bandage on Big Bandage Day. Get your workplace or kids school involved too! To donate, all you need to do is text BIGB18 to 70070, or donate online via

All fundraising ideas are welcome!
