Join in the fun on Friday 9 March for our Big Bandage Day and help fundraise for the Birmingham Children’s Hospital charity.

All we’re asking is for people to be brave (in bandages) - We’re not expecting everyone to jump out of a plane or scale the side of a building (although you’re more than welcome to!). We’re just looking for people to take on a challenge which tests their nerve and pushes their comfort zone.

There are many ways you can be brave. For example:

    • Shave your head
    • Dare your boss to wax their legs
    • Maybe take on some extreme bandaging
    • Or face your fears and do your own brave challenge

  1. Why not take on our Be Brave Abseil challenge? On Saturday 10th March, we’re asking our supporters to take a leap off Birmingham’s iconic Fort Dunlop building in our Abseil challenge. To sign up to the challenge visit, bch.org.uk/abseil

  2. Or, if you don’t have the time to take on a challenge, you can show your support for our brave patients by making a donation to the hospital charity and even boost your fundraising by wearing a bandage on Big Bandage Day. Get your workplace or kids school involved too! To donate, all you need to do is text BIGB18 to 70070, or donate online via bch.org.uk/givetobb

All fundraising ideas are welcome!
