By filling in this form you are applying for a FREE place as part of the Birmingham Women’s and Children’s Hospital’s team for the Great Birmingham 10k or Half Marathon on Sunday 5 May 2024. We ask that you try to raise at least £100 to ensure we can continue supporting the women,children,babies and families in our care. Your charity funded place is a thank you for all your hard work and we hope you’ll have fun taking part either on your own or with colleagues. This form allows us to verify you as a member of staff from within the trust, once this is done you will get an email to your NHS email address with a special ’token’ to sign you up for the run. Space are limited and allocated on order of date received. We’ll be in touch with further information on training plans, your charity running top, fundraising advice and tips and event day information. We really look forward to seeing everyone on the day, it’s going to be so much fun!
