Both General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy (both available at bch.org.uk) also apply when entering the draw, or when interacting with Birmingham Children’s Hospital Charity through any other means.

Who Can Enter: 

  • Prize draw open to UK residents aged 18 years or over only.  
  • Only applies to people who enter the ‘Win Aston Villa vs Brighton and Hove Albion Match Day Tickets at Villa Park on Sunday 28 May and Signed Shirt’ free prize draw run by Birmingham Children’s Hospital Charity between 09:00 on 19/05/2023 and 12:00 (midday) on 25/05/2023 via the registration form found here. 

 Opening/Closing Date and Time: 

  • Prize draw in relation to Birmingham Children’s Hospital Charity’s ‘Win Aston Villa vs Brighton and Hove Albion Match Day Tickets at Villa Park on Sunday 28 May and Signed Shirt’ opens for entries online on Friday 19 May 2023. 
  • Prize draw closes for entries at 12pm (midday) on Thursday 25 May 2023. 
  • Any entries received after this date will not be entered into the draw. 

  Winner Selection and Contact: 

  • The random name selector prize draw will take place on Thursday 25 May 2023. 
  • The winner will be contacted by telephone on the afternoon of Thursday 25 May 2023. 
  • If there is no response after three attempts, a subsequent winner will be redrawn on the morning of Friday 26 May 2023.  
  • Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize. This will also apply to any required redraw. 

 How To Enter and Cost Of Entry: 

  • The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. 
  • To qualify, entrants must complete and submit the entry form found at this link before 12:00 (midday) on 25/05/2023.  
  • Entrants are required to submit their personal details which include: name, date of birth, house number, postcode, telephone number, email address. 

 The Prize 

  • The prize consists of two (2) tickets to the Aston Villa vs Brighton and Hove Albion football match taking place at Villa Park on Sunday 28 May at 16:30. Tickets will be seated within the Trinity Road Stand Upper.  
  • The prize also includes one (1) official signed Aston Villa home football shirt, hand signed by the current 22/23 First Team players along with a Certificate of Authenticity.  
  • The winner will receive the etickets via email no later than 5pm on Friday 26 May to the email address specified on the entry form. 
  • Delivery of the signed shirt will be made via post to the winner’s UK address, as outlined on the entry form, by Birmingham Children’s Hospital Charity.  
  • Birmingham Children’s Hospital Charity shall not be responsible if the draw winner provides incorrect contact details at the time of entry.  
  • Birmingham Children’s Hospital Charity will not be liable if the shirt goes missing in the post. The winner is welcome to collect this from the hospital.  
  • There is no cash alternative to the prize and the prize cannot be sold, exchanged or transferred.  
  • Birmingham Children’s Hospital Charity is proud of its partnership with Aston Villa Football Club. The winner will be expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is appropriate to this charity partnership and act honestly and with integrity so as to not bring the charitable partnership into disrepute. 

Birmingham Children’s Hospital Charity General Competition Terms and Conditions: 

  • By entering the draw/s, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and Rules. 
  • The draw/s opens for entries at 09:00 on Friday 19 May 2023 and closes for entries at 12:00 (midday) on Thursday 25 May 2023. 
  • The winner of the draw will be chosen at random from all entries received by the closing date. 
  • The winner will receive the tickets via email and the signed shirt via post to the UK address of their choice. 
  • No cash alternative is available. 
  • The draw is only open to UK residents who are aged 18 or over on the date of entry. 
  • Any person found to be under 18 (eighteen) years of age on the date of the form being filled in automatically forfeits the right to the prize. 
  • The winner may need to provide proof of age before collecting the prize. Acceptable documentation of the winner’s proof of age will be a scan of their passport or driving licence. 
  • It is free to enter the draw. Entrants just need to adhere to the outlined requirements. 
  • Winner of the prize will be contacted by the promoter telephone on the afternoon of Thursday 25 May 2023. If there is no response after three attempts, a subsequent winner will be redrawn on the morning of Friday 26 May 2023.  
  • All participants are solely responsible for providing and (where necessary) updating the promoter with their accurate and up-to-date contact details and the Society will be in no way liable for any failure or inability to contact any participant due to any errors, omissions or inaccuracies in the contact details that the participant has provided.
