By making a donation to support the wellbeing and environment of our Muslim patients, families and staff, you could be helping us to:

Refurbish our Muslim Prayer Rooms across our Trust
Purchase Eid Gifts or sponsor an Iftar celebration at the end of Ramadan
Fund bespoke Muslim support services and resources within our bereavement service
Fund other Muslim celebrations, resources or activities for staff and patient families across our Trust
Fund additional pastoral support from a Muslim Chaplain

£10 could pay for a child to enjoy a musical sing-a-long session to aid development and life skills.

£25 could pay for a pair of professional singers to engage a child in songs at their bedside.

£50 could fill a ‘distraction’ bag with toys, games and puzzles to keep little ones busy and occupied during medical procedures.

Three generations of a Wolverhampton family who each laced up their running shoes to take on a race have raised over £600 for Birmingham Children’s Hospital Charity, in memory of their son, grandson and brother, who passed away at just two-days-old.

We often receive donations of toys and games for our patients, particularly around the festive seasons such as Easter or Christmas, and whilst we are incredibly grateful for these, we do have some guidelines around what we can or cannot accept.

Clothing Donations and Recycling

We’ve partnered up with Collection 4 Clothes, a local clothing collection company, who collect donated good quality clothing, accessories, shoes, linen & bric-a-brac on our behalf. We don’t have any charity shops on the high street, so this is a way of donating your old belongings to us from the comfort of your home.
