How do I buy my ticket?

How do I access the event?

You will be emailed a streaming link with your personal log in details for our Christmas Concert after 5pm on Monday 13 December.

Please note if you click on the link before 6.30pm you're a bit early! We suggest checking back at 6.30pm. We will be going live at 7pm.

Can I share my link with others?

We politely ask you not to share your link with other people - these events are being held to support Birmingham Women’s and Children’s Hospital Charity. Please help us to raise as much money as possible by keeping the link to yourself, and encouraging others to purchase their own ticket.

Why haven’t I received my link yet?

You will receive an email containing a link to the live stream with your login information in the days running upto the event.

My link isn’t working, what do I do?

Please make sure you are using the most up to date link that has been sent to you. We may be experiencing technical issues - please bear with us and keep an eye on our social channels for updates! If you are still having trouble, please contact [email protected]

How safe is it?

Staff will be monitoring both platforms throughout the event. Anyone displaying abusive or offensive behaviour will be removed immediately by the team. Our host and other attendees will not be able to see or hear you during the event.

Will everyone be able to see and hear me?

No! Guests will not be able to see or hear each other - you will only be able to see and hear the host and entertainment, 

Why do I need to register my email address?

We ask for your email address so we can contact you with information (including the Live stream link) about the event. We will only contact you with information about the Virtual Christmas Concert, unless you have opted in to other communications during your sign up.

Is it appropriate for children?

We aim to make all our events open to everyone, however we do recommend watching with a parent or guardian if you are under 16! 

Can you only watch if you live in the UK?

The Virtual Christmas Concert is available for anyone to watch, worldwide! If you’re outside of the UK, make sure that you tune it at the right time - all events are scheduled in British Summer Time

These events are appropriate for general viewing however younger children should be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
