The first opportunity I had to experience the incredible Fundraising Team at Birmingham Children’s Hospital was when I decided to complete work experience here at the age of 15. I have been volunteering for Birmingham Children’s Hospital Charity for over a year. My little boy Alfie was born with a heart defect and underwent life-saving surgery. Without the hospital Alfie wouldn’t be here. I owe the staff everything and I am more than happy to give my time to help such a wonderful organisation to raise funds. Read more
