Hortons' Estate voted to support Birmingham Children's Hospital Charity as a Charity of the Year and we have loved working with the team! Based in Birmingham city centre, Hortons' Estate wanted to support a local charity that was making a difference to their staff and clients and Birmingham Children's Hospital Charity was a clear winner in the staff vote!

Staff worked together to incorporate fundraising into some of their existing events; taking donations at their AGM, selling pin badges and this year organising a spectacular Bingo Night at Pennyblacks! The event was a huge success, bringing together over 100 of Birmingham's Commercial Property members and raised over £7,000 bringing their total for the year to an incredible £9,000!

We love to see companies bringing their employees together to organise events in aid of our charity- so thank you to Hortons' Estate for all of their hard work and dedication this year.

We often receive donations of toys and games for our patients, particularly around the festive seasons such as Easter or Christmas, and whilst we are incredibly grateful for these, we do have some guidelines around what we can or cannot accept.

Clothing Donations and Recycling

We’ve partnered up with Collection 4 Clothes, a local clothing collection company, who collect donated good quality clothing, accessories, shoes, linen & bric-a-brac on our behalf. We don’t have any charity shops on the high street, so this is a way of donating your old belongings to us from the comfort of your home.
