2016 Christmas Concert

A HUGE thank you to everyone that attended the 2016 Christmas Concert at St Martin in the Bullring Church. The evening was a great success, raising vital funds for our £3.65 million Star Appeal to build the UK’s first Rare Diseases Centre for children.

The event saw our host, Pete Morgan, introduce an array of performances from Birmingham Community Gospel Choir, Abbey Primary School Choir and the School of Theatre of Excellence.

We were also lucky to hear some inspirational speeches by both Caroline Haywood, mum to 15-year-old Jordan, who has an extremely rare variant of Klinefelter Syndrome, as well as the very brave Callum Read, aged 14-years-old, who told his own story about living with a rare condition.

If that was not enough The Royal Angus Hotel dished out warm mulled wine, mince pies and mini Christmas dinners.

Our heartfelt thanks go to all that supported our event, thank you for making this evening so special.
