Run for our incredible hospital at the Tokyo Marathon 2027 - one on the seven world famous ‘Marathon Majors'!
As one of the Abbott World Marathon Majors, the Tokyo Marathon 2027 attracts participants worldwide, offering a flat and fast course ideal for achieving personal bests.
This iconic course includes passing:

Tokyo Tower: An iconic symbol of the city.

Imperial Palace: The primary residence of Japan's Emperor.

Asakusa District: Home to the historic Senso-ji Temple.

Applications for the Tokyo Marathon 2027 are open. You can apply for charity place for the March 2027 event below. Applications will be reviewed on an ongoing basis.
