Aston Villa Football Club Prize Draw 2026 Terms and Conditions
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Promoter: Birmingham Women’s and Children’s Hospital Charity, Steelhouse Lane, Birmingham B4 6NH. Both General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy (available at bch.org.uk) also apply when entering the prize draw or auction, or when interacting with Birmingham Women’s and Children’s Hospital Charity through any other means.

Who can enter:
Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over only. Winners must have a UK based address upon receipt of prize.
Opening/closing date and time:
Prize draw in relation to Birmingham Children’s Hospital Charity Aston Villa Football Club Prize Draw opens for eligible entries from Wednesday 29 April at 11:00. Entries close at 23:59 on Wednesday 13 May. Any entries received after this date will not be entered into the draw.
Winner selection and contact:
The prize draw will take place no later than 1pm on Thursday 14 May 2026 through platform Emma Live. Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize from the prize draw.
If there is no response after three attempts, a subsequent winner will be redrawn.
How to enter and cost of entry:
Enter online where a single entry costs £5.
You can also enter for free by written letter. We can only accept one entry per letter, per person. To enter for free via post, please send to: The Fundraising Office, Birmingham Children’s Hospital Charity, 5 Rowchester Court, Birmingham B4 6DH.
The prize:
There is one (1) prize available. Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.
Prize contents:
Two (2) tickets to the Aston Villa vs Liverpool football match taking place at Villa Park on Sunday 17 May at 15:00. The tickets will be seated within the Trinity Road Stand Upper.
One (1) official signed Aston Villa Football Club shirt, hand signed by the current 25/26 First Team players along with a Certificate of Authenticity.
The winners will receive details about how to claim the prizes (provided by Birmingham Children’s Hospital Charity).
The prize(s) cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.
Birmingham Children’s Hospital Charity General Competition Terms and Conditions:
- By entering the draw, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and Rules.
- The draw opens for entries on Wednesday 29 April 2026 at 11:00. Entries close at 23:59 on Wednesday 13 May.
- The winner of the prize draw will be chosen at random from all entries received by the Closing Date.
- The winner will receive the tickets via email and the signed shirt via post to the UK address of their choice.
- No cash alternative is available.
- The draw is only open to UK residents who are aged 18 (eighteen) or over on the date of entry.
- Any person found to be under 18 (eighteen) years of age between the dates of entry automatically forfeits the right to the Prize.
- You must be 18 (eighteen) or over to claim the Prize. We may conduct random checks of entrants. Random checks are conducted using AgeChecked (or similar service from a third-party supplier as and when stipulated). If a person enters stating they are over the age of 18 (eighteen) and subsequently it is found they are less than 18 (eighteen) years of age, they will automatically forfeit the right to any prize.
- The winner may need to provide proof of age before receiving the prize. Acceptable documentation of the winner’s proof of age will be a scan of their passport or driving licence.
- Full payment for each ticket for prize draw must be received in cleared funds before the ticket can be entered into the draw. Only entries for which full payment has been received are eligible to win the Prize.
- Entrants can enter any Prize Draw for free by post. Please see the detailed instructions on the relevant Prize Draw webpage for details of how to enter the Prize Draw by post.
- Each postal entry sent to the address stated on the Prize Draw website will count as one entry to the Prize Draw.
- Only pre-paid entries submitted by first and second class post and received by the Closing Date will be accepted.
- Bulk entries submitted by post will not be accepted, nor will hand delivered entries, or entries posted through the letterbox.
- Winner of the Prize will be contacted by the Charity on Thursday 14 May by telephone. If there is no response after three attempts, a subsequent winner will be redrawn on Friday 15 May.
- All participants are solely responsible for providing and (where necessary) updating the Charity with their accurate and up-to-date contact details and the Charity will be in no way liable for any failure or inability to contact any participant due to any errors, omissions or inaccuracies in the contact details the participant has provided.
- To the extent permitted by law, the Charity excludes any liability for loss or damage incurred by any winner of a Prize in connection with or arising from the use of the Prize or participation in the draw.
- The Charity is committed to protecting the privacy of participants. Personal information that is collected from participants is used lawfully in accordance with all current Data Protection Legislation(s). In providing your information to the Charity, you consent to the Charity using your information to process your entry and otherwise as described in these terms and conditions including (but not limited to) passing winners contact details on to representatives of third-party companies used for the purposes of fulfilling the Prize and publishing winners name on the Website. - The Promoter reserves the right to:
- Disqualify or decline to accept the entry of any participant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the participant has breached any of these terms or otherwise acted fraudulently;
- Terminate or suspend the draw for reasons beyond its reasonable control.
- In the event of any dispute regarding the draw, if the dispute cannot be resolved by the parties, it will be referred to an independent third party.
