Brum’s Christmas Reindeer Trail Supports Our Hospital For Second Year

Birmingham’s lovable reindeer sculptures returned to the city centre for Christmas 2025, supporting our charity for the second year running thanks to our friends and trail organisers, Central Bid Birmingham.

Rudolph, Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Donner and Blitzen were revealed across Birmingham city centre on Friday 14 November and were hanging out at various locations until Tuesday 6 January, 2026.

Four of the reindeer had been refreshed with new designs. There was even a Roy Wood I Wish It Could Be Christmas Every Day theme, along with a reindeer decorated with Christmas trees, another featuring a snowman with twinkling lights and a cheeky faced reindeer bursting from gift wrap.

The picture-perfect sculptures – ideal for festive selfies – were spread out across the city centre including at Mailbox, Frankfurt Christmas Market, Great Western Arcade and inside the world’s biggest Primark on High Street, where our very own reindeer, Blitzen, was housed.

Each reindeer had a special QR code on its plinth for people to scan to support our sick kids.

Similar to last year, the reindeer trail included a hunt to solve the hidden word.

Paper maps were also available from each reindeer and at selected hotels and stores around the city centre. A different letter could be found on each reindeer which spelt out a festive solution.

Rudolph with his bright red nose, glistening from 5,000 sparkling beads, was back and returned to his favourite spot at Selfridges in Bullring, just steps from Medicine Bakery cafe and our Paddington Bear Bench.

Others could be found on the New Street Station concourse, in Burlington Arcade, near the Bull at Bullring and in Grand Central.
